Residents enjoy a social dining experience, prepared by our very own staff under the direction of a registered dietician. Our menu features plenty of delicious, healthy options to accommodate diverse tastes and dietary restrictions.
Susan has been in the long term care industry for over 30 years. She graduated from The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 1984 with a BA in Social Work. She is currently a CSW BA. She has been a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Wisconsin since 2005. Susan and her team joined the Autumn Lake family in 2019. She is privileged and proud to be a part of a team so dedicated to enriching the lives of the residents and family members she works with. She is proud of the Autumn Lake motto; Good Care-Good Times and of her team who continually strive for excellence.
Heather Olmstead has worked in Nursing Homes for 20 years and maintained such positions as Nursing Home Administrator, Director of Activities, Director of Social Services and Quality Assurance Coordinator. She feels truly blessed to work and learn from this “greatest generation” of residents. She relishes her new role as Director of Admissions in the community that she grew up in and loves, Beloit Wisconsin.
Jen Geske has been a Registered Nurse since February, 2016. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing in early 2018. Jen has been the DON since January, 2018. She joined the Autumn Lake team in 2019 and hopes to foster the mission statement and values of Autumn Lake in her day-to-day interactions with the residents, families, employees, and community of Beloit. Jen is exceptionally proud to be the clinical leader of such a fantastic group of caring, dedicated and hardworking staff who are committed to providing quality care to all residents who reside here.
